Become a vendor at the festival...
The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando invites you to join an audience
of 5,000 to 7,000 wine and food aficionados at the Latin Food and Wine Festival 2011
(LFW 2011). The Grand Tasting will be held October 15th at the exquisite Crane Roost
Park where local restaurants unite to bring you the best of Latin cuisine.
You will enjoy many benefits, including opportunities to market your product to festival
participants and reach your target audience through media exposure provided before,
during and after the event.
There are two ways to become a vendor:
1) Traditional Vendor: The Traditional Vendor
will pay a fee of $400. This vendor will keep
all the pesos that they collect during the
event. At the end of the event, this vendor
will submit the pesos to the HCCMO and,
within two weeks after the event, receive a
check for the total amount of the pesos his
booth collected during the Grand Tasting.
2) Marketing Vendor: The Marketing Vendor will
not pay an initial fee to participate in the LFW
Grand Tasting. However, this vendor must still
assign a value to their samples and must collect
pesos as payment. All pesos collected by the
Marketing Vendor during the event will be
donated to HCCMO. The Marketing Vendor will
not keep the money generated during the
Grand Tasting Event.
